Shoveling is For the BIRDS

Literally! They get space cleared out and the feeders filled before anything else. Priorities!

I turned some pots onto their sides for extra feeding stations

So we got about 22” of snow one day

and today it’s sunny and in the 50s!

I love that!

Being stuck inside made me kinda productive.

I finally finished a hummingbird commission

And I painted my very first watercolor!

Let it snow! (can’t believe I just wrote that!)

    Your hummingbird is just beautiful. Love the way the light illuminates mosaics. And yes, I hope you like playing around with watercolor! Your first painting does not look like a first painting.

    We have lots of paths around our place — the ones to the bird feeder and suet feeder are among top priorities here as well.
    Your water color is beautiful — the “creative gene” must have kicked in after I was born !! Or, adopted, as I always suspected!!!!!
