Warm December Days
December 18, 2012I’m ever so thankful for warm December days because draining and cleaning the beaver pool is INFINITELY more pleasurable in 50 degrees rather than in the 20s or 30s!
Pudge was nice and stayed inside while I got my work done.
It won’t look like this tomorrow.
The boy has been keeping busy!
I’ve been doing a lot of bird watching.
I can just sit in the sunroom sipping coffee and enjoy the show.
The Sunflower Buffet attracts everyone
Peanut comes every day and brings his buddies
Lots of woodpeckers are coming for the suet cakes
Always a favorite to see…
This one had me stumped. I asked some folks on a bird watching forum and they decided it may be a melanistic female Downey woodpecker.
We took Pudge on another river excursion this past weekend and saw this Blue Heron perched in a tree… exactly where he was perched a week ago! I had to scare him to make sure he wasn’t trapped in the tree with a fishing hook or something. He was fine!
Pudge had fun exploring
Can’t wait to join you in your sunroom!
I am SAD I can’t join you in the sunroom! How is Grandpa Squirrel liking the sunroom? How cool to watch birds in the sunroom! I want to pet kitties in the sunroom! Sun room! LOL!!!!! HA, take THAT Hot Tub Queen!
That Pudge has quite the life. I think he will live with you forever
Does this mean that you will be releasing Pudge to the river soon?
