Pudge Goes To the River
December 9, 2012We’ve been wanting to get Pudge out to someplace where he could do some serious swimming.
Recently it dawned on me that the area where we go to put into the Shenandoah river has an area that would be perfect for doing just that.
So we packed up the waders, loaded him up and took him down there
He was nervous at first and kind of stuck close to the bank.
But pretty soon he was torpedoing around and having a blast
It was fun for us too… not many folks get to have this kind of experience. We are so lucky.
I would have had a LOT more fun if my waders didn’t leak!
That water was COLD!
Awwww – he looks like he is having such a wonderful time. So sweet y’all can take him out like that to swim and play. I bet he slept like a baby when he got home! Your wet feet made me say “brrrrrrr”!
Yikes, I bet it was!
What a fun field trip for Pudgie to do practice his moves!
