Cancer Sucks

There’s just no other way to say it.
Today we went to the memorial service for our neighbor down the street.
He was only 47.
Death is never easy but somehow when the person who has died is young and vibrant and still so full of life it’s even harder.
Even harder still is that he leaves behind a family that are so incredibly close that they will all feel the pain of his absence for the rest of their lives.
*sigh* Hug your loved ones.
